Taking into account all the postulates of sustainable development, the new modern office building is developed in accordance with the highest LEED standards and principles of green buildings, focusing on optimizing the energy consumption, which will reduce the tenants expenses to a minimum. The tenants may choose office space, ranging from 285 to 1,730 square meters, while a special feature of the building will be its exceptional flexibility and a tailor-made approach, which will allow the tenants to arrange their office landscape in accordance with their needs and requirements. The new business center will cover everything that constitutes modern business and so far, more than 50 percent of the office space has been leased. Anchor tenant is VIP mobile. An additional advantage to the investment is that there will be a private kindergarten intended for children of the employees on the ground and first floor, with a capacity of 120 kids.
The Navigator Business Center will have a total of 203 parking spaces, out of which 147 will be placed in the underground garage, while 56 spaces will be available outdoor.
