MPC Properties’ strategy is the in accordance with the highest international standards, while paying special attention to the green building principles and wellbeing of the communities development of modern business and retail assets that we create:
visitors in our shopping centers, tenants in our office and retail assets and our employees.
To us, the impact our buildings have on the users and the environment is very important. That brings us to the focal point of sustainability of our business – the implementation of ESG strategy through all assets.
Our ESG perspective includes working to achieve a certain set of environmental goals implemented in building and management of assets, our social initiatives to support communities around our assets, and a third set of goals concerning governance that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In the following year, our plan is to align our business in accordance with GRI and GRESB standards and issue reports to reflect our non-financial performance concerning environmental commitment, social responsibility and corporate governance structure.
