BEO Shopping Center, a new modern shopping centre to be built on the corner of the Vojislava Ilića and Mis Irbijeve streets, owned by MPC Properties, announces a competition for the creation of graphic design solution for the design of the part of the centre ceiling for all students of all faculties that are residents of the Republic of Serbia. Also, all those who have completed any level of studies in the past year and also students who have completed part of their studies abroad have the right to participate in the competition. The deadline for the submission of competition works is Sunday, September 22, 2019, and the winner of the competition, besides the fact that he/she will enrich the content of the BEO Shopping Center, will win the financial award in the amount of 3,000 euros. The decision on the winning work is made by an expert jury composed of persons engaged in the project of BEO Shopping Center, which can also decide that the chosen best solution will not be implemented. In this case, the best work of the registered ones will be awarded with a consolation prize of 500 euros. The results of the competition will be announced on Friday, October 18, 2019. BEO Shopping Center brings new shopping experience and innovative concept that follows the latest world trends in retail with more open surfaces, lots of natural light and greenery. With its construction, BEO will improve and enrich the content at a location where there is an exceptional need for a modern shopping destination, in whose immediate vicinity, in just a few minutes, there are over 350,000 inhabitants. The opening of the centre is planned for the spring of 2020.

BEO Shopping Center, a new generation of shopping experience, is a brand-new shopping centre in Belgrade with over 43,000 sqm of GLA and total built-up area of 130,000 sqm. The investment of more than €110 million in this project will serve a catchment population of more than 345,000 people within 15 minutes’ drive and become the place which will be the centre of people’s lives.
The opening of BEO Shopping Center, with 3 levels and over 130 international and regional brands, is planned for the 2020. The concept of this modern shopping destination follows the latest global trends in retail with multiple open areas, lots of natural light and greenery, all in order to provide visitors with the high value experience and shopping enjoyment. The modern design of the building is a conceptual result of well-known international design office Chapman Taylor based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The BEO Shopping Center will feature a specially created tenant mix, with well-known international and regional brands, with different categories, from fashion to sports, meeting the consumer expectations and being in line with their behavior. The centre provides additional content: cinema, supermarket, children’s play area, rich gastronomy offer and will be the spot where regular events take place. This investment will unify the expertise and rich experience the company has, as well as incorporate the latest global trends in the retail industry.
