Pınar Yalçınkaya

Chief Executive Officer

Pınar Yalçınkaya, CEO of MPC Properties, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with extensive expertise in acquisitions, disposals, (re)development, leasing, asset, and property management. She has led numerous investment projects and managed real estate operations for multinational companies. Before joining MPC Properties, she served as CEO and Board Member for the subsidiaries of Multi Corporation and ECE Group in Türkiye, overseeing some of the largest retail real estate platforms in the country.

Uroš Blagojević

Property Management Director

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Uroš Blagojević specializes in the management of retail and office properties. As a key member of the MPC Properties team, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s retail and office portfolio, focusing on strategic development, operations management, and building long-term relationships with clients and the business community. Passionate about industry trends, he is committed to addressing market challenges and advancing best practices in property management.

Bojan Jevremović

Office Leasing Director

Bojan Jevremović has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in leasing, sales, and asset management within the office market. His expertise extends to premium residential properties and high-street retail, with a career spanning major real estate brokerage firms and leading developers in the region. Bojan’s extensive knowledge encompasses leasing, strategic development, and fostering long-term relationships with the brokerage and business community. He is also passionate about exploring industry trends and addressing key market challenges.

Jovana Cvetković

Development, TO and Innovations Director

Jovana oversees managing the MPC Development, TO and Innovation Department and serves on the company’s strategy, leadership and valuation committees with her vast retail and office experience. Prior to this, Jovana held the position Head of Operations and Head of Retail, where she managed complete technical, operational, leasing, commercialization and marketing departments for Retail and Office portfolios. Her 19-year experience in the industry encompassing deep market knowledge, strategy execution, results and network of industry relationships, has made her one of the leading real estate experts in the region.

Milan Šmigić

Asset Management Director

Milan Šmigić has been a valued member of MPC Properties since 2008, joining shortly after the joint venture with Merrill Lynch was established. Throughout his tenure, he has been actively involved in all major MPC transactions, including acquisitions and disposals. Currently, he is responsible for group business planning and reporting, contributing to the company’s strategic growth and operational success.
