Pınar has been CEO of Belgrade-based real estate owner MPC Properties since March 2023. Before joining the company, she served as the CEO and Board Member for both Multi Corporation and ECE Group’s subsidiaries in Türkiye.
MPC Properties has completed the major redevelopment of UŠĆE Shopping Center and Mercator Center, setting new benchmarks in design, experience, and sustainability. MPC will also provide leasing, property, and facility management services for Project Elleven, a Class A office development by MD Ventures that will reshape the Novi Sad office market with its modern design and ESG-aligned standards. With a strengthened focus on ESG initiatives, MPC continues to promote sustainability and community engagement through events such as the French Film Festival and UŠĆE Eko Fest.
The company is also refreshing its corporate identity and communication channels, introducing formats like podcasts. Looking ahead, MPC Properties will continue to expand its portfolio, enhance digital capabilities, and drive innovation across its assets to deliver long-term value and exceptional urban experiences.
