MPC Properties once again took part in the CEE Property Forum in Vienna, one of the key real estate events for the CEE and SEE region.
Our team was represented by Bojan Jevremović, Office Leasing Director, and Božidar Stojanović, Office Portfolio Manager. Discussions focused on investment trends, cross border capital and the growing role of local investors, while institutional capital in SEE remains limited. Retail schemes are making a strong comeback, office assets stay resilient, logistics is stable, and interest in hotels and student housing is on the rise.
Bojan said that MPC Properties traditionally participates in the CEE Property Forum conference in Vienna, one of the most important real estate events in the CEE and SEE region, gathering professionals from across Europe to discuss local and global trends, initiatives, and the overall industry landscape. Božidar added that the discussion also touched on the sustainability of assets and the important role of professional property management in maintaining the quality and functionality of buildings, as well as the added value it provides in the tenant selection process and during asset sales.
