Aleksandar Miljković
Head of Asset Management
Aleksandar started his professional carrier as tax consultant in top accounting firms mostly dealing with M&A projects and real estate clients. He joined MPC Properties in 2010, at the time when MPC Properties was the biggest platform aimed for investing in real estate projects in Western Balkans. The platform was owned by the strongest local developer (MPC) and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Aleksandar was acting as the CFO for four years. In 2014 he was invited by the Minister of Finance to join his team and overtake responsibility for the Serbian Tax Administration. Aleksandar rejoined MPC Properties in 2015 as Head of Asset Management.
Bojana Šalvarica
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Šalvarica joined MPC Properties team in 2007. At the company she holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. During her work in MPC Properties, Mrs. Šalvarica was engaged on a various banking, finance and real estate projects. She was involved in creating of joint venture structure with Merrill Lynch and corporate restructuring of MPC group. Mrs. Šalvarica has wide experience in the area of corporate finance and accounting, loan restructuring, financial planning and analysis, financial evaluation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions and insurance as well as real estate experience. Prior to joining MPC Properties, she worked for Deloitte as auditor. Mrs. Šalvarica has graduated at Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. She holds the Master’s Degrees in field of Economics and in field of Organizational Sciences. Currently she is on PhD studies in field of Economics.
Tanja Novakovic
Head of Legal department
Prior to joining MPC Properties in 2009, as Head of Legal Department, Ms. Novakovic spent eight years as Senior Legal Associate in Karanovic Nikolic Law Office. During that time Ms. Novakovic was engaged on a number of banking, finance and real estate projects, including corporate restructuring of MPC Properties and establishment of joint venture with Merrill Lynch. Ms. Novakovic graduated on Law Faculty (Business Law) of Belgrade University and successfully passed state bar exam, practicing currently also as the member of Serbian Bar Chamber, whereas her fields of expertise are corporate, real estate and banking and finance law. Ms. Novakovic is running all legal operations in MPC Properties, managing the team of 5 plus lawyers. The team successfully assisted the company in legal matters connected to restructuring of syndicated loan facility of 100 mil EUR, several M&A and daily operation of MPC Properties assets.
